How do I return an unsuitable product?

You have 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your order to return a product to us. To do this, you need to send us a return request by email to shop@overade.com. Once we have confirmed the return by email, we will send you a returns form to complete. You will need to print it out and put it in the parcel. A few minutes later, you'll receive a 2nd email containing the shipping label that will enable you to send your product back to us free of charge, as we'll cover the return postage costs. Finally, don't forget that the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
