How do I return a product that is not suitable?

You have 14 (fourteen) days to return a product to us from the date of receipt of your order. To do this, you will need to submit a return request by contacting us via https://overade.com/en/pages/sav. Upon confirmation of the return by email, we will send you a return label to complete. You will need to print it and put it in the package. And a few minutes later, you will receive in a second email the transport slip which will allow you to return your product to us free of charge, as we cover the return costs. Finally, don't forget, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
