We offer free shipping on all orders of €80 or more.

For the rest, and in the interest of transparency, shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the products selected, the country of delivery and the chosen shipping solution.

To find out the delivery cost of your order, simply add the products you're interested in to your cart and then click on it in the top right corner of the shop page. You will then be taken to the order summary page. Once you enter your complete delivery address, the different delivery options will appear with their respective prices.

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you will not pay any additional taxes or import duties.

However, for deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges vary depending on the destination country and the nature of the products.

Since we cannot control them, we advise you to contact your country's customs office if you wish to verify this point.

If customs clearance fees or local taxes are required, they will be your responsibility.

Having not found reliable and financially viable transport solutions, we have been forced to block deliveries to Russia for the time being.

We want you to be able to try our products with complete peace of mind. That's why we cover the return shipping costs for any product you wish to exchange or return for a refund if it doesn't suit you.

You simply need to return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

We accept payments by bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, bank cards and Shop Pay) as well as PayPal payments.

Credit card payments are processed through secure transactions using the Shopify Payments solution. Therefore, we do not have access to your payment information. For security reasons, Shopify Payments complies with the PCI DSS standard and supports 3D Secure payments.

Regarding payments made via Paypal, this organization never shares your bank details with us either and offers buyer protection in case of dispute.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product to the address Overade, 13 rue Georges Auric, 75019 Paris, France.

To initiate the return process, you must submit a written request via the chatbot on this page. Once your request has been validated by our team, you will receive a shipping label by email, allowing you to return your product free of charge, as we cover the return shipping costs.

However, please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
